Fioranciella is a delicate bouquet of orange blossom, petitgrain and neroli, wrapped in Madagascan vanilla, white musk and soft patchouli — an homage to the traditional Neapolitan pastiera.
Each spring, kitchens across Naples and the Amalfi Coast fill with the uplifting scent of pastiera, an aromatic, creamy tart lovingly prepared by nonnas at Easter, each with their own closely guarded recipe. Fioranciella is inspired by this nostalgic dessert and the much sought-after recipe of founder Nicole’s 92-year-old nonna, who still makes it each year.
